Kail bolted down the alleyway, wheezing and grunting. He clutched the shopping bag to his chest as he sprinted through the worn down buildings. Behind him, came the yelling of the two officers chasing him. He clenched his teeth, dodging obstacles, jumping fences, and trying to otherwise elude his pursuers.

"Subject is class-b. Use of lethal force necessary!" Kail swallowed hard. That didn't sound good...

The tinnies were fast, but not smart. Kail knew that as long as he didn't run into any problems, he could get past them. He thought of his plan. The old motor factory had some electromagnets... and they still worked. Yes... That would work.

He swerved just in time to dodge the plasma bolt that blew a hole in the ground where he was a second before. He crawled through a small opening in the chain link fence to the factory and ran inside. The tinnies just blew right through it.

Kail was in it deep now... But if he played his cards right...

Willow Walked amonsted his old factory. The mane visted often, it brings back good times before he was forced to move to Maze as of lack of trade. His dark chestnut fur and his black shirt 'n' jeans made him hard to be seen. His belt had sevral tools and his Desert Eagle with used plasma slugs instead of normal rounds. He heard some shots close by, ''damn, i should get out of here before i get caught in that firefight,'' the horse began to make his way out of the ruined factory.

It was the silence that night that caused him to stir; the middle aged skunk awoke, his eyes opening to the sight of a nearly pitch black room, the only light being the glow of the streetlamp outside filtering through the thin, cotton curtains. Rubbing the sleep from his eyes, the fur stood up, fumbling for the light switch.
The blinding shine of the 100 watt bulb from the tall lamp in the corner of the small, one room studio apartment erupted, immediately consuming the darkness of the night and driving it from the room. The intensity of the light assaulted the skunk's eyes, who squinted in reaction, tears welling up as his pupils adjusted to the sudden change.
Slowly, the skunk made his way into the kitchen... If it could indeed be called that. The truth of the matter was that a small counter and single-basin sink stood in the corner of the room, and perched on top of it was a small electric skillet.
The fur sighed, reaching for a clean glass and filling it with water. My god, Ivan, what have you done with yourself, he pondered silently, sipping his water as he continued on his moment of nostalgic clarity.
You had a good life. A career, a small house, a stable life. But you wanted more, didn't you? The skunks mind wandered onward, as he drained his cup, and set about preparing a pot of coffee. But you got ambitious. You wanted more than stability. And look where it got you. A crappy studio apartment in the middle of a run down neighborhood, somewhere in the middle of a Domish hellhole. Turning on the coffee pot, he slipped on his jacket, to go outside for a cigarette as the pot brewed. (He wasn't fond of smoking inside, it made his whole apartment smell like stale tobacco.)
Out back, the skunk leaned against a wall in the alleyway, and lit up, filling the air with acrid smoke as he peered through the darkness, his hand resting inside his pocket, softly clenching something he wasn't dumb enough to stand in this alley without; The small pistol wasn't much on the grand scale of things, but the ability to send 100,000 volts of electricity arching through the air at an assailant made him feel much more secure, even as he began to hear footsteps echoing off of the concrete walls of the alley. Nevertheless, the skunk stepped lightly into a small cubbyhole in the wall, pressing back against the door as a fur ran by in the shadows.
Hidden underneath a veil of darkness, the skunk looked onward, as a pair of officers ran by, giving chase, as one of the officers barked an order into his dispatch radio.
"Subject is class-b. Use of lethal force necessary!"
The words got the best of Ivan's morbid curiosity. As the two officers passed, the skunk stepped quietly out into the alley, keeping a low profile as he crept behind them, climbing through a chain-link fence and soon entering the pitch-black belly of a run-down factory.

Kail gave a sharp heave and dove through the doorway, another blast from the plasma pistol hit the wall where he stood a moment ago. He made a clicking noise with his tongue and a green reptile popped out of his hoodie, flicking his tongue, "Ke'viir, no otech!" Kail chirped, pointing to the doorway. The lizard flicked it's head back in acknowledgement and ran to the door.

Kail climbed up the ladder to the electromagnet. Entering it, he placed the package down and flipped the switch to turn the magnet on.

As the officers entered, they aimed their guns at their target. When they did, Meta leapt onto the first one. It gave an error squeal and toppled into the other one just as it fired a shot. It flew and hit the coil attached to the magnet, turning it off.

"Damn..." Kail muttered. He had to think of something before the tinnies killed Meta and eventually him. He manoeuvred the magnet above the officers, who were trying to fire at the all-too-quick reptile who mockingly flicked his tongue at them.

"Meta! Dorve kal'tur!" Kail yelled and Meta dodged away from the shadow of the magnet. The two officers looked up as Kail pressed the release button, dropping the magnet.

"Error! E--" C-CRUNCH!!!

Willow heard a loud metalic crunch noise, ''What the joder?'' He walked into his old magnet room he used for heavy lifting. On the floor was two robocops he liked to call them. ''Who on feila did this?'' the mane looked around, ''as i want to shake their hand...'' he smiled, ''...dout time someone busted up one of these''. he took out his scrawdriver and opened up the lest broken of the two. He took out a chip of some sort, ''this thing sells for a mierda load''.

As he followed the two clockwork constables into the factory, Ivan stopped, slipping behind a stack of crates and watching from the shadows. The officers seemed to be having some difficulty as a small green reptile bounded onto one of them, taking the pair by surprise, while the shadowy silhouette of a canine made its way up a ladder and into the control box of a large magnet crane. Kneeling on the concrete floor, the skunk watched, silently, as the machine sprang to life, and the lift began moving, centering itself over the struggling tinmen.

Ivan jumped, startled by the sudden descent of the magnetic lift, which came crashing to the floor, a loud crash echoing through the factory as the two officers flew into pieces. Up above, the canine silhouette emerged once more, meeting up with his reptilian counterpart and disappearing into the shadows.

As the skunk began to emerge from behind the crates, he stopped. Another fur had entered the room. Slipping back behind the crates, the skunk watched as the equine looked around, muttering to himself as he pulled out a small screwdriver, and removed the breast plate of one of the officers, to get to a certain piece.

As the fur turned and left, the skunk emerged again, this time stepping forward to get a closer look at the constables. Standing over their mangled remains, the fur sighed. "These things look a whole lot less intimidating when they're in pieces like this."

Kail dove behind some oil drums. Meta jumped into his hoodie and they both watched the two furs. The young wolf had the parcel tucked under his arms, making sure it was safe.

He waited while they talked until he was sure they were both safe individuals to aproach. He stepped out, muttering some, "Meta, tev'untii..." He looked up solemnly at the equine, "Sorry about your crane, mister..." His eyes trailed to the two dead androids. He walked over to them, kneeling down. He picked up their weapons... trash. Their cuffs... trash. Radios... trash.

He sighed, "Dammit... nothing good..." He turned to eye the data chip in the horses hand, then looked down.

Willow laughed, ''i could fix those weapons...plasma weapons are a piece of cake to fix,'' he pocketed the chip. He then looked at the shunk, ''you should see the one i have...make these look cute''. Stood, brushing his mane, ''Willow's the name but you can call me will,'' he smiled at them both. His hand rested on his hip, were his gun was. He wasn't a fool went it came to new fur so this was jest a percaution.

Noted the pistol and looked down again. He picked up the package, "Well... I hope it will help pay for the magnet... I gotta go..." He clicked twice to show Meta that he was leaving. Meta jumped from the pile of metal into Kail's hoodie once more.

He took a glance at the two and tucked the parcel away, hiding it from site as he turned to leave. He seemed to be very protective of the small brown box. Whatever was inside it that would draw the attention of the police and drive them to use lethal force?

Ivan jumped at the sound of the equine's voice.
''You should see the one I have...makes these look cute,'' he said, as the skunk slowly turned to face him. His paw in his pocket, gripping the shock pistol, he looked at the equine, then to his belt. Seeing the large handgun holstered on the equine's waist, the skunk stepped back.
The came the canine... By the looks of it the same wolf mix the officers had been chasing earlier. He stepped into the dim light that filtered through the factory's windows, and looked at the equine.
Ivan, a bit unnerved because he hadn't initially realized the other two furs were in the room, glanced between them as they had a short conversation. Once they had finished, he cleared his throat, and spoke.
"Heh, yeah, I wasn't going to ask, but I have to know.... What the hell is going on here?"

His hand left his hip, as he saw their discomfort. ''Thats a point...why are you two tresspassing?'' He was not angery, he ws jest curious. The whole room creaked with age, flakes of rust fell from the ceiling. Some dust blew in the wind, tornadoing around the room.

Kail looked up at the one that followed him to the warehouse, then back at the male, "Those cops were after me... I needed a place to hide..." He kept the parcel out of sight, hidden in his pocket, "<I>He</I> followed me here..." He said, motioning to the other male to draw attention away from him.
Meta's head poked out from the hood, his tongue flicking softly as he eyed the two straingers that his master was talking to.

Willow nodded, ''ok thats fair enough...'' he looked at the creature on Kail's shoulder, ''what in the name of all thing good and ture is that?!?'' He drew his gun and pointed it at the creature. He had a dislike for small animals, especaly one's that startle him.

Ivan blinked, glancing between the two furs as the equine drew his weapon and leveled it at the small creature that rest atop the shady canine's shoulder. Startled, the skunk stepped backwards, slipping his pistol out of his pocket, and holding it out of sight, behind his leg as he began to slowly walk backwards. Silently, he watched, waiting for something to happen between the other two furs... Something big enough to give him time to leave.
